MyEchoRecall lets you delete your account and associated personal data at any time. You can do it yourself inside the app, or ask us to do it for you.
Delete it yourself, in the app
- Open MyEchoRecall and go to the Settings tab.
- Make sure you're signed in to the account you want to delete.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and saved data are removed immediately.

If you can't access the app, contact us and include the email address on your account. We'll verify the request and delete the account, normally within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account and sign-in (email, Google, or Apple).
- Your saved products / watchlist.
- Your recall-alert settings and registered devices.
- Your record of alerts already sent to you.
Anonymous, aggregate usage records (for example, that a product was checked) may be retained in a form that is no longer linked to you, and we may retain limited records where required by law. These contain no personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Note: purchases are handled by the app store (Google Play or Apple). Deleting your account does not issue a refund; manage or request refunds through your app store account.
